Once our team receives your completed form, we’ll send you a secure email containing the required information your organization needs to complete to join the program. Completing the “Get Started” form will also allow us to keep you up to speed with important updates about the program. On-boarding kits must be completed and submitted before implementation can begin.  Once your submission is received, the implementation team will reach out to you to schedule a kick-off call.  To ensure successful setup of your PlanSource benefits administration system, we require a 60 day implementation period from the date you submit your on-boarding kit. Effective date will begin on the first of the month following the 60 day setup period.
