There is a strict timeline to request entry into Missio Benefits. To request entry your organization must complete our ‘onboarding request kit’ no later than the corresponding due date found in the chart below based on your desired effective date. This kit can be accessed by clicking any of the ‘JOIN NOW’ buttons found throughout the website and following the subsequent prompts. Entry into Missio Benefits is not guaranteed and is subject to group medical underwriting.
